How to request a refund from Apple, Google or directly from us.

If you believe you're entitled to a refund, please follow the instructions below based on how you subscribed:

If you subscribed through the iOS app or Apple TV, please request your refund directly from Apple by visiting this link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
If you subscribed through the Android app or Android TV, please request your refund from the Play Store by visiting this link: https://support.google.com/googleplay/contact/play_request_refund_apps
If you subscribed through our website, please send us an email at support@davinci.tv and we'll be happy to review your request. Please note that this is the only subscription type that our support team can process refunds for.
