If you have an active subscription and are able to log in but can’t access any content (i.e you can only see the “SNEAK A PEEK” screen) follow these steps to let the app know that you have already purchased a subscription:
- Log in to your account
- On the "SNEAK A PEEK" screen press “Start your free trial”
On the next screen press “Restore Purchase” at the bottom of the screen
Wait for the app to load, you should now have access to our premium content
