The app is not loading or crashes frequently

If the TV app fails to load or crashes frequently, try the following steps:

  • Check your internet connection and ensure it is stable
  • Restart the TV or streaming device
  • Update the app to the latest version if one is available
  • If the app still crashes or won't load, try uninstalling and reinstalling it


I’m having video playback issues 

Sometimes you may encounter video playback issues such as buffering, stuttering, or poor video quality. To resolve this issue, try the following steps:

  • Check your internet connection and ensure it is stable
  • Close any other apps that may be running in the background and using internet bandwidth
  • If the issue persists, try restarting the TV or streaming device


I’m experiencing audio or subtitle issues
Occasionally you may experience issues with audio or subtitles not working correctly. To fix this issue, try the following:

  • Check your audio settings to ensure they are not muted or turned down
  • Try restarting the TV or streaming device


Help, the App is freezing or is slow to respond 

If the app freezes or is slow to respond, try the following steps:

  • Close any other apps that may be running in the background and using system resources
  • Restart the TV or streaming device
  • If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
